Delete your Zalaway account

You can ask Grevit SK s. r. o. to delete your Zalaway account and the data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an e-mail to info@zalaway.com with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the e-mail address you use to sign in, so we can verify the request.
3. We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, e-mail address, sign-in details).
• Events you own, with their guest lists, check-in records and settings.
• Staff invitations and device links connected to your account.

What may be kept

• Invoices and payment records that we must keep by law, for the period the law requires (up to 10 years).
• Backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

Door staff and guests

If you joined an event as door staff or you are a guest on an event's guest list, your data is managed by the organiser of that event. Contact the organiser, or write to us and we will pass your request on.
